Hank moved full time to Madeira Beach in 2016 after spending the previous ten years working in the heart of Times Square - NYC, building and leading a Silicon Valley tech company's direct sales team. Hank and his wife Lisa fell in love with the Gulf Coast and the Tampa Bay area after dropping their oldest son off at the University of Tampa in his freshman year.
Hank's success has always been focused on helping others - whether it was working with clients to improve their businesses, teaching sales people how to be successful, coaching teams or just helping out family, friends and neighbors with "things".
Hank also is very concerned with quality of life, which led him to lead his neighborhood association in New Rochelle, NY for ten years, as well as running successfully for his local Board of Education. In 2009, he formed a group comprised of neighborhoods, residents, business owners and local officials to clean up and improve a 1 mile business district in New Rochelle that had become derelict.
His goal with moving into Real Estate is simple. If he's representing a seller, he wants to make sure his listing has the most exposure to buyers possible and then work to get the best price and terms possible. If he's representing a buyer, he wants to make sure he understands the lifestyle they want to live and then find the best home, at the best price and terms. For any client- his goal is to help them make the process as smooth as possible.
Hank enjoys building "things" including furniture and outdoor kitchens. When not fixing up his own properties, he tries to get out to play golf or fish. He plays softball in the Madeira Beach Recreation League. Lately, his spare time has been taken up by enjoying his two granddaughters.
