We are the Number 1 fundraising company for EASTER SEALS in our Tampa Bay area as well as being the Number 21 company in all of CENTURY 21's North America offices. We organize several events annually for fund raisers. We support the Good Samaritan Mission, Toys for Tots, the Marine Corp. Veterans Detachment 1226, Shoeboxes for our Troops, we played Santa for a local nursing home, maintain the Apollo Beach beautification project, belong to all local Chamber of Commerces, participate in the Clean Up The Beaches Campaigns, support all our local schools, charter members of the South Shore Library, assist our agents with personal needs through our Agent Charitable Contribution Fund, C.A.R.E. no kill animal shelter in Ruskin, FL, making our training room available to the local community for meetings at no charge to them, i.e. our local Krewe for Gasparilla, and most recently the SeaSchool has been holding a Captain's School which involves 3 full weekends in a row, The MiraBay Mariner's Boat Club Charity for Saint Anne's Food Pantry, and meeting many other local needs through our local offices.
