CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises owns and operates 5 offices surrounding Tampa Bay in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties and is ranked as the #1 selling firm in CENTURY 21’s North and Central Florida Region. The Corporate Headquarters is in Apollo Beach. The Apollo Beach office is the #1 selling office in the CENTURY 21 Region. Our other locations are South Tampa, and Sun City Center in Hillsborough County and Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach in Pinellas County.
Our firm has over 200 associates and has worked diligently to master the core markets that we service. We bill ourselves as “a special place operated by special people who do what they do in the best possible way”. To this end each office has non-producing managers who recruit, train, and coach our agents to a high level of productivity and the Corporate office continuously provides training and administrative support for the managers and associates so that they can focus on the job of marketing real estate. We offer daily Market Analysis for each office, monthly Sales School, Contract School and Productivity Schools as well as an enormous array of exceptional marketing promotions that have let us enjoy dominant market share, both listings and sales, in each market we serve.
We pride ourselves on 5 distinct systems that differentiate us from our Competitors. To explain these systems we use an acronym C A B E T.
The C – Stands for Customer Care: We use an automated system to capture, track, and disburse all leads. The back bone of this system is our 10 minute return call policy. This feature is quite impressive to customers, especially those who contact more than one agent and helps us be the company of choice.
The A – stands for Advertising: We’ve made the shift to on-line marketing and our listings are disbursed through numerous channels on the Internet, with enhanced presences on most all of the major websites, and each listing has Multiple photos and Virtual Tours.
The B – stands for Boat Tours: Since all 6 offices surround Tampa Bay, we’ve found that our Boat Tours show the lifestyle of Tampa Bay far better than any on-land tour.
The E – stands for Experience: We have a Service Guarantee whereby if after closings a customer is unhappy, we will pay them $300. All we ask is that they tell us what we did wrong so we can work toward fixing it. We also offer both Buyer and Seller Service Pledges.
The T – stands for Training: We’re quite proud of our reputation and the reputation of our agents. To ensure this great reputation we offer an enormous amount of training. From our Daily morning Training Classes to monthly, Sales Schools, Contract Schools, and Productivity Schools. We feel our agents are the best trained in the industry.
The People:
James P. Beggins was the President and Founder of CENTURY 21 Real Estate of Southern Florida. As Regional President, Jim introduced the CENTURY 21 System to Florida in 1973 and built it to 320 Franchises in the South Florida Region. Jim sold the region to his partner in 1983.
Craig Beggins is President of CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises and has been since it’s inception in 1992. Craig began selling real estate in 1986 at 18 years of age and became the broker for the company after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Business Degree in marketing and management.
Angelique Beggins, VP Marketing and Craig’s wife, graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in marketing. Prior to joining CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises at its inception, Angelique was Marketing Director for the Andalucia subdivision in Apollo Beach. Angelique’s father Thomas P. Corr was the Managing Partner of Frandorson Properties, the Owner/Developer of Apollo Beach.
Victoria Beggins, shareholder and ex-wife of Jim and mother to Craig and Jeff Beggins joined the company at its inception and is consistently one of the firms top producers.
Jeff Beggins, shareholder and Son of Jim and Vicky and Brother to Craig, received a Marketing degree and his MBA from the University of Florida.
. Peter has an extensive background in Sales, management and ownership of sales organizations. Peter is originally from Canada.
Brief History: CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises began in 1992 when Symphony Realty purchased CENTURY 21 Remke Realty in Apollo Beach which had 5 agents, 3 that stayed, and 13 listings. The new firm set a goal to reach $1,000,000 in Gross Commission Income by 1999 and achieved that goal in 1996. In 1996 CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises purchased CENTURY 21 Preferred Realty in Sun City Center and each office earned CENTURION and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards. In 1998 CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises purchased CENTURY 21 Iles Realtors 2 offices in Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. We opened our South Tampa office in 2006.
Where are we now? CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises finished 2010 in the top 35 CENTURY 21 firms in the entire United States. As of July 2011, we are ranked #31 in the CENTURY 21 Company nationwide. We have adapted to this changing market and are experiencing excellent results. Should have any REO properties within or in close proximity to the areas we service, we would appreciate the opportunity to get those properties marketed and sold. We are currently driving 10 new initiatives to support our agents to service our customers better. For example, our Internet Promotion Partnerships are driving nearly 1000 leads per month to our agents. Listingbook and Own America are two initiatives that are empowering our customers to make better choices about how to best take advantage of this current real estate environment.
