we’ll pay you!

CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises is so sure that you’ll be happy with the real estate services provided to you by us, that we are willing to guarantee your satisfaction. However, if upon closing with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises, you are not completely satisfied with your buying or selling experience, we’ll give you $300 subject to the following stipulations. To receive your guarantee, we ask that you do the following.

1. Write a detailed letter explaining your home buying or selling experience. Include information regarding how you first heard about CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises, your expectations, and a detailed explanation why you believe that we did not meet those expectations. Be sure to include your current mailing address and a daytime telephone number. Or, complete the “Service Guarantee Claim Form”.

2. Please send this letter or the “Service Guarantee Claim Form” to:

3. We reserve the right to request additional information to complete the processing of your claim. * LIMITATIONS:

1. All Buyers and Sellers agree that this Guarantee is limited to one $300 satisfaction guarantee per property transaction.

2. This Guarantee is only available to buyers or sellers who close a transaction with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises and have a signed Listing Agreement or Buyer Brokerage Agreement.

3. Guarantee claims must be received by CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises within 45 days of the closing date.
